[URGENT] Quote broken

Basically, whenever a post is quoted, it puts the quote tag in once, then again.

Example:


This happens ALL the time. It doesn't show the starting quote (the open quote tag without the closing quote) when you quote it originally.

Could it be the quote template not working?
