Members experiencing logging off frequently from the forum without clicking da LO btn

I have ecieved a few complaints from our memebrs that they are keep logging off when they are brwsiing the forum..

for example.. They re getting logged off while they are navigating from one forum to another..

Could anyone help me.

or is there any way to keep them logged in all the time?

Is the user going from www to non-www when it happens?

1. Have user clear cookies, restart browser.
2. check cookie domain setting in the admincp --> vbulletin options --> cookie options
3. set domain cookie to .domain.com, make sure to add the preceeding dot.

Actually in my vbulletin options --> cookie options > domain cookkie was set in to blank.
and asyou mentioned above i have setted it in to my domain..
hope it will work properly from now on...
