how do i remove the home calander groups and albums from the navigation?

how can i remove or delete this area off my forum i do not want it here is example of what i want to delete http://prntscr.com/42q30 any help would be appreciated thanks

Check the Header or Navigation and Breadcrumbs templates if it's there?
