Hi i am trying to upload avatars.. but get this error. Upload of file failed.

searched all over vb google .. but couldn't resolve this issue.

Settings: can upload custom avatars.. yes
Filesize: 3mb
FTP Chmod: set to 777

I hope you get the point .. and one here to help please.
