Forum load very slowly after upgrade to 3.8.4

Hello everybody!
Our forum (http://giaxaydung.vn) had upgrade to VBB 3.8.4 on 22/8, after that, it seems slowly, especialy 2 weeks ago, we contacted to the hosting provider, they said that we need to use more RAM (4GB-->8GB) and we agreed, but yesterday our forum couldn't load so we turned off Vbulletin. We have 168,848 members; 83,623 posts and over 3GB attachment file, we don't know why our forum become very slowly, who can help or give us some advice. Thanks so much ! ! !(Sorry because my english is not good)
