I have noticed for the last 24 hours or so...
I have to log in every 5 minutes or so. Last week I could log in and at least stay logged in until I logged out.
I noticed that everytime I post a message it says to refresh or log in... I try to refresh only to loose my message and still have to log in.
This is also happening when I hit "new post" as well....

Is there anything I can do to help with this or is there a technical problem.

Have you changed your cookie settings lately? Is it just you getting logged out or is this happening to everyone? Have you tried deleting all your cookies and clearing your cache and logging in again?
