Stopping only new members having a sig time or post related

ive checked all over for this kinda mod and cant find any settings built in... is there a mod to stop new members having sig's till they have a few posts of after a week - month ect.

hope that makes sense, as i'm getting alot of spammers just registring to stick the link in there profile page.
