quick switching styles

Hey, I have both dark and light themes for my website, and the quick switch is available to all visitors at the bottom of the screen in the default manner that vbulletin presents this option, however i wanted to add a quick switch method very similar to the way it is done at:

this quickly switches the theme, i want to do something exactly like this. could someone help me out as to how i can do this? what would the code be to make a button like that at the top of the forumhome template be to switch to a specific style? thank you.

where is the code located for the $quickchooser, i might be able to do this myself...can't find them though
