Automatic Theme Changer for a Constantly Updated Appearance

Hi, I think a lot of people would make use of an Automatic Theme Changer (possibly changing with a scheduled Cron)

The site would have a feel to the visitor of it being updated a lot, thus they visit more.

Like if anyone had their account set to the Default Theme it would change every 24 hours but if someone picked a different theme it would stay on that theme they picked.

When a fun new theme is shown the next day, the people will like that and will make them more aware of the ability to have their own theme. The more themes that are made the more fun it is.

It would be very hard to keep switching manually, lets face it, admins have lives and are too busy to having to remember to switch the theme everyday. Life should be filled doing better things than working your schedule around having to switch a theme.

I wish I could but I don't know PHP very well. I'd really appreciate it if someone could make something like this.
