Is there a mod like this?

I put some things that members can subscribe for limited period of time in the "Subscription" page (in UserCP).

let's say it's like this

item1 - $0.50 for 1 month
item2 - $1.00 for 6 months

etc etc

then when a user purchases his account will have different features and has a new tag underneath its regular tag (something like "ITEM2 subscriber/buyer/owner") then the ADMIN who's reposible for purchases made in the forum will get PM about that user's purchase. Then the user will get 7 days reminder that the subscription will be over soon so he knows he needs to renew or not.

When the subscription is OVER the ADMIN who's reposible for that will get PM about the user's expired subscription so the ADMIN can take out his account from external sites (I know vB will automatically demote the user's account when expired).

the PM titles should be something like ...

[NEW PURCHASE] USER has purchase ITEM2 for 1 month.
[RENEWAL] USER has renew ITEM2 for another 6 months.
[EXPIRED SUBSCRIPTION] USER''s ITEM2 subscription has expired.

Is there anything like this out there that's made for vbulletin? It's kinda like an INVOICE from the WHM.

So basically you're simply looking for a "PM upon Subscription Purchase" mod?

Yes, that's correct because sometimes I have to take the people off of my mailing list etc which is manual as I use Gmail.
