Need a Mod to submit threads automatically

I prepared about 2000 contents for 2000 threads in a table in a MySQL database. I also have the data in CSV and XLS format. The data include:
- poster (member ID)
- target forum (forum ID)
- content of the thread
- date and time (optional, can be used or not)

I don't want to manually do the loop: make a new thread, then copy-paste the content, then make a new thread, then copy-paste, ....

Is there any way to submit those 2000 threads automatically?
