Is there a method that could be implemented during registration. This is what I have in mind:

1. New user want to register to Forum
2. During registration I would like to ask the following question: This board is dedicated to Dance music. Are you sure you want to proceed with registration?
3. If YES user will continue with registration if NO he will leave the registration.

When you click on the Registration button, you are taken to an interim page that has the forum rules and you must click on the box that says "I have read, and agree yada, yada".... perhaps just change that phrase to say "Yes, I have read the rules and want to register at this site dedicated to Dance music." or something like that. Do a "Search on Phrases" for that phrase.
