Remove Break Line in Increase Indent?

Is it possible to remove the added break in the[indent]?

I know you can use the lists, but then you need to contend with the bullets. I'd like to use the indent with only a single line.

Example:

This indent shows to be down 2 lines, or at least 1 1/2.

Is there a way to modify this feature?
