I've been trying to find a way to moderate new threads only.....not posts.....just new threads.

I see there was a hack available in an older version of vB:

Will that work in the latest version (I currently have 3.8.1)? Or is there another hack available? I can't seem to find anything else.

That mod is for vb versions 2.0 which is from a long time ago. You might be able to update it to work with your current version - just play with it on your test site.

Modifications designed for vBulletin 2.0 will definitely not work - vB3 was built up from scratch. You cannot download those modifications either, they have already been archived.
