.sql code errors, bad synrtax

Moving my vB to another hosting site and have run into some serious issues. My .sql file has some corrupt code. My new host will not install it and my old host will not fix it.

What would be the best approach to get this fixed??? What are my options if any. Without this file I have lost all my forums and complete membership

The 3 backups I have been sent ALL have been corrupt. Yet, I ran the diagnostics and repair modules 4 times in the week prior to receiving the backup. And my forum was up and running with no issues when the host turned it OFF and shipped me the files...not the way I would have done it, I wanted to install on the new host, test and then turn the old off and the new on...

My old host will not fix and neither will my new host but the old host did say there were about 200 lines of syntax that needed to be fixed and could be done in a couple of hours.?

I will pay to get fixed if I can only find someone that can do it.

ANY advice and suggestions will be appreciated...thank you.
