hoe to add warning

how can i install wanring in my forum.as i saw some forum have easy way to give warning like [mod]warning[/mod] and a warning is issued....how can i have this hack in my forum???using VB3.8.1

is there any coding for adding moderators warning...i have seen in another forum..they have coding like [mod]warnings[/mod] and it adds warning coding in there.as like the picture bellow
