In the pm_conversationlist template,

Find:

<fieldset class="fieldset">
					<legend>$vbphrase[folder_controls]</legend>

Above that, add the message you you want to show there.

The font tag has been deprecated.

In its place, I think, the correct tag would be the span tag

[Dismounted]

To edit yours, without above install, in the pm_messagelist template find:

<fieldset class="fieldset">

Add your text Before this. Save & reload
