Sitelink for forums?

Hello I am curious how to setup a forum where your forum categories could be counted as site link on Google?

Here is an example.

For the Google search for the site Webmaster-Talk it has its forum categories as sitelinks

It is structured as web-design-talk/ for the Web Design Talk forum category.

I was under the impression that a site link is a file with a / and an index file.

So I am curious if anyone knows how to do this?
