Hello,
My server company turned off our server Monday, and then back on Tuesday... now that the server is back on, I notice that anything associated with automated emails does not work. For example, if a member subscribes to a thread, they will no longer receive automated emails updating them if the thread is responded to. Our "contact form" no longer works. The automated emails people are supposed to get upon registration does not work. Our programmers didn't know what the problem is and suggested I contacted my hosting company (which I did), however, I don't expect much help from them.... the automated email system was working perfect before the server was turned off - now that it's back on, it does not work. Does anyone know of anything on the server that may need to be turned back on in order for this system to work properly? Any help will be appreciated, thank you |

Your hosting company made a change.
Now something doesn't work anymore. Your hosting company is the only one that knows what they have done, and shouldknow how to resolve it again. |
