Default "Mod" Link
I can't seem to figure out why my moderators can't see the "mod" link at the bottom of the board. The mod link is for the Moderatators Control Panel and I need my moderators to be able to access this.

Another issue I have is that even if I give the moderator the direct link to the ModCP, they don't see the global announcements area to the right, just the forums area. I need my moderators to be able to edit announcements; moderators, not super moderators.

Anyone know how to do these two things?
