Ah, well, we're all just regular users like you with a bit of extra time to give to the community.

I can tell you that I'm running 3.8 on my site - we just upgraded from 3.6.8 which we had just done a year ago from 3.0.12. I'm usually pretty behind the times when it comes to upgrades on my site, but decided to make this upgrade since 3.6 is at end-of-life and I want us to be on a stable release that is supported since I know we won't move up to 4.0 until a long time after it's released.

As for style, someone made ours for us before we launched and we've been using the same style ever since. I have downloaded styles from here for the holidays, but that's it.

As for mods, I do have some mods from here that I love, but I've posted in the threads to show support for them and would feel funny singling them out here cuz every one that I've downloaded and installed is loved by someone on my site otherwise I wouldn't be using it.
