news mail in html format hosted on vb ?

Im a member on alot of forums,

Some send out news letters a few times pr year
anyway what i find exspecially cool is that

the letter is html formatted, and it has a link at line 1
saying "if you cant see this mail proberly - click here for full version"
and your directed to a identical letter hostet on a forum page.

Is it actually possible to make a post (news post) them simply
copy paste the entire content into the mailing lists mailform in admincp
and then users will recive a BBcode styled mail ?
