Hi!

I have seen some Swedish forums having real nice front ends and a forum part, I want to do something like that, how do I do it ?

check for yourself, maybe you guys can give me some expert advice..

You could try vBadvanced, Joomla, or Wordpress. I have no idea what those two sites are using. They may even be custom coded.
