How do i do .... image load on link mouseover

I wold like to add the following mod/feature to my website but
i have no idea what mod they use

Three images are loading in a pop-up window when i move my mouse
over the thread link

Here is an example: (ADULT)

Im pretty sure its this, with Lightbox too.
