Ok strange question. But is it possible to reset post count's for all users or individual usergroups?
I'm sure it's possible but never found a need to do it before cheers |

Well we merged the forum with a couple others and have started a new ranking system based on post counts. Also has other benefits as and when you move up rank. We feel it would be fair to reset post counts.
It hasn't been fully decided if we will do it but was just wondering if there is a quick way to do it via an option that I haven't seen within the admincp |

you could probably do this fairly simple with a MySQL Query, but the post counts would probably be rebuilt at some point if you'd ever have to run maintenance scripts -> Updating counters

hmmmm
so not really something that's going to work then? oh well. I'll leave the post counts as they are. Wasn't big deal anyway |
