I am looking for a modification that will allow me to implement various RSS feeds into one page (not a forum).

So something like www.lfclive.net

Do any exist?

You can make your own RSS widgets and import the html directly to your forum, do a search on RSS widgets on google and you'll get loads of different examples

I think the example in the website you linked to is a bit of custom code, But you may be able to dig up something similar if you google it.
