Logging In Issue

I have an issue when people login to the forum. After they login the page redirects them to the same page and logs them out automatically. It usually takes them a few tries to stay logged in. Or sometimes after logging in, when I go to view a thread it logs me out. It happens on IE and firefox. Any ideas to solve this issue. I'd appreciated much. Thanks
