Is there a way to make the notice ONLY go away, if they click a link provided in the notice?
For example: If someone posts something offensive, and it's reported, and moderated, they will receive a notice " You have one or more System Messages from the Staff that need to be reviewed. Your immediate attention is required. The notice will not go away until the Link (system messages) - which goes to their infraction, is clicked? I know there is active, and persistant - but persistent only shows up once per visit (which means they can ignore it, or always which will not go away once they view it) So it doesn't have the option I'm looking for.. |

Is it possible? Certainly. Is there a modification already created? Not likely.
