Hi, I am the owner of a new network called OneHitWebDev.com and its all about webdev. Its a sister site of another vBulletin site called onehitgamer which has about 33,000 members. So anyway, the members who joined my site from Onehitgamer said they were having trouble staying logged in. After they login and go somewhere else, it automatically logs them out. I've heard this from 10 members so far and need some help.

In addition, the reCAPTCHA (or w/e) image this is being weird upon registration. Can someone figure out what is wrong with it? Sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn't. If you register and click on like a thread and go back to index, it logs you out for some odd reason too. Try it and let me know what could be happening.

This sounds like it could be a cookie issue. Sometimes vbAdvanced users have this issue. Have a look at vBAdvanced forums for how they got around this.

Search for "Staying logged in"

and it will come up with:

I dont have vBadvance activated. Right now its disabled

I was offering you that as a walk-through because it sounds like the same problem, you don't need vBAdvanced to have a cookie issue. You said that you are experiencing issues staying logged in and that is the work around for that.
