i have this simple question, wich modification you think is better and why ?

Cybernetic Paypal, because he makes amazing modifications, and I just find it much better than the other one.

AWC has many more features and payment methods(e-gold, google, authorize.net, moneybookers, plus upcoming: western union, cash by post and a few more). See here for an overview of all features. And more importantly there are weekly updates with new features. Practically anything that is suggested is implemented.

However, when only considering the free versions, then I would say both are equal.
