I want to create a form in a module asking for people's information and having it sent through vB to the admin's email address.
Has anyone ever taken on this type of task? |

Let me provide more information, hoping someone can help me with this...
I'd like to create a form where visitors (non-registered users) can submit their information (name, address, city, state, etc) and have it sent to the a specified address or the admin of the board. Thoughts? |

Why not use the Contact Us link and have it go to the admin? You can specify different email addy's for the different options to go to. So, perhaps you have a selection for "Forum Submission" and you have it set in the Contact Us Options as "{siteadmin@yoursite.com} Forum Submission" Then anytime someone selects Forum Submission, it will go to that email addy.

Because I want to make a complete custom page for a specific purpose.

Well then, all you really have to do is make a basic form to submit the info. There is tons of stuff out on google on how to make a form that just emails the results to an email addy. Since you are wanting to do it with unregistered users, you don't need to include any vbulletin code at all.
