Message Box and Signature's Dont appear to be working

Does anyone have a idea why my forum is doing this?

A couple of things to try to narrow down the problem:

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it is still happening, then try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

OK, then the next step it to reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Then, with all mods turned off, and using the default vb style, see if it is fixed.
