....I have people that have donated money to support my Board and I'd like to show some type of image under their titles when they post.

Does someone know of this mod?

No There is no such mod sry...

but they do have something called donate button under thier post

so they can donate to each other

This is a default function in vBulletin. Put your donors in a special User Group and add images for that group using the User Rank feature. You'll probably have to edit the template to get the rank to appear exactly where you want it, depending on which postbit template you use for your forum.
