I'm not seeing this in the manual or onscreen help... how do I look up a user by ID number?

Is it possible to send an email message to all users > a certain ID #?
I had a batch email send bust half way through. Got the user's ID for the last one who got the email but I don't know how to send it to the rest.

Also... how to look up by ID# in AdminCP. I don't see a search field for that. It's got to be there, but I'm not seeing it.
