Huge problem :(

I have no idea when this happened but one of my members just pointed it out to me

my when ever someone searches it gives them that Database error
So after i noticed that my first instinct was that i would upgrade to 3.7.3 because then all my files would be replaced (i thought it was a file issue) now the upgrade went smoothly.
So im now running 3.7.3 and i still get the same problem


i have also noticed that all my custom user profile fields have gone missing in the ACP but i can still set them in my UCP

It's from a modification you have installed. It seems to be using the hook location 'search_results_query_threads'.
