hello,
when quest try register on my board they receive such error:

Sorry, we are unable to register your account at this time.

Where is a problem?

This indicates that you do not allow minors (under 13) to register on your board, or hte user failed to provide COPPA registration info (if this is enabled on your forum). The guest registering entered an age lower then 13.
