I was editing a deleting a drop-down menu from the navbar, and i think I accidently erased some code for the navbar. Now, the Search button's drop-down menu shows up under the navbar and is stuck there. Check the picture to see what i am talking about.......
![]() please help me fix this! |

Compare your navbar to the default vbulletin one and I'm sure you'll find the problem - go to edit your navbar and hit View History and then Compare. All the differences will be highlighted.

What didn't work? If you add back in the stuff you deleted, it should work.

But i don't know what i deleted and I can't find the code in the original template either....... --------------- Added [DATE]1218995796[/DATE] at [TIME]1218995796[/TIME] --------------- is this part of the problem: The following error occurred when attempting to evaluate this template: The conditional on line 120 appears to be missing its beginning tag (<if>). This may cause unexpected behavior. This is likely caused by a malformed conditional statement. It is highly recommended that you fix this error before continuing, but you may continue as-is if you wish. |

I'm sure that is part of the problem. If you are missing a beginning if tag (or if you have an extra end if tag), then your template could be all messed up.

--------------- Added [DATE]1218998413[/DATE] at [TIME]1218998413[/TIME] --------------- Could i possibly just revert the entire navbar template, and then put all of my links back? |

Yes, you may revert your template and put your links back. You may want to copy/paste the template into your text editor so you may simply copy/paste the links you want back into your template (so you don't have to type them all out again).
To get line numbers, I suppose you could open the template and copy/paste all the contents into your text editor and set the text editor to display line numbers. |
