Default Were is the MOD for New Registrations BAR? Yellow Bar
Some forums, when you visit them, a yellow bar window pops up on top of the page and asks them to register. I cant find this mod, does anyone know what Im talking about?

im looking for a yellow bar that appears in top of the header.
