A member at our forum brought this up and got me thinking. Is there anyway of reading users PM without installing the Read PM's mod or any other mod? At our forum we have the mod installed but the member who brought this up doesn't so i assume that why he asked.

I was thinking maybe they would be somewhere in the database? But i have no idea to be honest.
