Request aceess through ModCP

Hi guys. I'm currently using this script on my forum and would like to give my moderators access to the configuration through ModCP. Is this possible? How complicated would it be to accomplish this?

Currently using VBulletin 3.6.8. Not sure if more information is needed, let me know your thoughts.
