Exclude Forums From RSS Plugin?

I know you can manually do it via the url but can you do it for everyone via plugin? I can exclude forums from new posts by creating a plugin in search_getnew_start

I don't want certain forums to be in the rss feed for anyone because they are grabbed via rss feed.
