Subscriptions question

My forum, abadss.com, has about 275k members with 5k paid subscribers. I'm looking for a new biller that supports recurring subscription payments and cross sales because paypal doesnt do cross sales and cc bill doesnt do recurring(my 2 primaries right now). Anyone know if there is a way to set it up maybe so ccbill does recurring? World pay does recurring but I don't know if they do cross sales either, but setting up with a new biller costs a ton and I don't want to get set up with them till I know for sure.
