Rounded corners in Cat Strips needed!

Well, I need to have a rounded edge in cat strips, here is a image of what I want it to look like...



As you can see from the image, the sides of the bar are seperte images (rounded).

When I click View Source, this is what I get..

I want to have this in my forum, but how do I add it?!?
