Help overloading the server by message sending

My forum has over 1000 members and usually mass mail them when i have anew mix out ...but my host tells me the limit for mail server is 300 email messages per hour. So if you want to have bigger limit ill need to upgrade your account to VPS and i cant afford a VPS how can i mass mail my member in bits of 300 per hr ?
