Recently, after submitting a post via the quick reply, the images near the bottom of each post don't show up. I'm talking about the "report a post" image and the online indicator and the "quote" button, etc.

This only happens after the quick reply and a refresh fixes them. Any idea as to what is going on?

As a last resort, will upgrading to the latest version of vbulletin fix this problem?

You should always be on the latest version.

I updated to 3.7.2 but this didn't fix the problem.

The problem creeps up only when using Ajax to post/edit. Inline editing causes images within the editor to not show up.

When using quick reply, I'm talking about the edit/delete, multiquote and quick reply buttons not showing up. They only show up as text, not as images.
