My members were posting some sites they like and this was there favorite for skins

can anyone please tell me what skins these are ?

it tells you what the skins are right down the bottom of the page on the left side.

But there is no way to find out who made that skin, no matter what way you put it in google. There is no copyright to the skins either.

I Googled ANIME GLOW VBULLETIN SYTLE and came up with a link to a fellow from Minnesota with a forum name of KizMo that looks like he might be the author. His last post was last month, so you might be able to send him a PM on this forum:
