Database Problem

Today my VPS Server went down. Ever since it has gotten back up and running I am receiving database errors when someone tries to create a post.

I contacted the server company and they stated they restarted the VPS but they can do nothing about the database since it is MYSQL and it is above their control.

Can anyone offer any suggestions? The error I receive is as follows: ....

AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Repair / Optimize Tables -> Fix Unique Indexes
