Member Profile Fixed Width Problem

I have been trying to fix this for a couple hours now and I can't figure out what the problem is. Basically I am designing a style that is fixed width for a vB 3.7 with a custom CMS system and bridge.

I have not modified the templates for memberinfo pages yet so the template showed in the picture is 3.7 default except for the change of images and the custom header/footer and all the other pages I have done but shouldn't have anything to do with memberinfo. I have been going through and customizing every page but this part is what is giving me trouble. I have no idea why the content container/content is spreading to 100% with a margin right in the css.

The memberinfo_css template has the values that should still support the layout.

Theres a 256 margin declared but I don't understand why its not working.

Also how my style is fixed width. Main table width is set to 981px. To draw the rest of the site what I do is in the header/footer template I call the header/footer of our CMS systems style to draw the header/footer and borders. Basically it puts the whole forums into a div that is centered and width 981px.

I have tried tweaking multiple values but still cannot figure out the problem. If any of you template gods have any clue the problem that would be greatly appreciated.
