DownloadsII 5.0.8 is show error about The download directory is not writeable!

where as it was working but i changed my hosting it's show me this error

the error clearly means that your downloads dir. isn't writable that is, its permissions must be set to read/write/execute.

You can do this by going to your Domain Control Panel...CHMOD to 777
