Placing a Variable over a Certain Forum

So lets so I have a hack that displays random adds and the variable is $randomads (which shows 4 random thumbnails.) My For Sale Forum ID=15. How would I get that block above that specific forum ID?

Any help with this? I want to install a thumbnail preview hack above a certain forum.
